Trauma Informed Yoga is a combination of physical exercises, breathing, and meditation with the intent to achieve optimal physical and mental health. Yoga is different for everyone, so in a class setting, students will be gently guided through a physical flow and encouraged to customize their practice to meet their own body's needs.
